I’m going to keep this one short and sweet. I moved to NYC earlier this year for the same reasons that anyone moves to the big apple. Dreams, thrills, and the need for new experiences. I packed my bags and flew off so fast, I failed to realize how much I would miss everything that I had left behind. Family, friends, I-85, downtown Athens, Terrapin beer, Chick Fil A…(by now you get the gist). So I took this podcast as a chance to feature ten of the best up-and-coming musical groups that have solid homegrown roots in the great state of peaches they call Georgia.  With that out in the air—from one fruity state to the next, please support your local artists!
