Giving Back: SEA & Be Seen

BFF’s David Baron and Zee Muhammedi wear many hats — students, activists, and now entrepreneurs of SEA — a brand infusing your wardrobe with do-good feelings. Wear a hat and rep your cause: you are a walking billboard for society, a public relations agent for world news, a notification of what needs to be fixed. It appears we have stumbled upon quite the innovation folks: a service that promises transparency and spreads world love.
David, a student at UNC, and Zee, a student at Emory, crafted the making of SEA through hard work and a drive to make an international impact — through simple, transparent and ethical business practices. “SEA was founded on a set of principles rather than an innovative idea or a business opportunity,” note the two on the SEA Facebook page.
Spread world love with one of SEA’s “Color for Causes” hats. Each has it own color representing a charity: Black (global poverty)-EEDI (Emory Economic Development Initiative), White (domestic poverty)-HOPE+Habitat, Light blue-UNC Campus Y and Navy/Gold-Volunteer Emory.
It’s easy like Sunday morning: Press thumbs up on their Facebook page to put a positive feather in your cap.
