No they aren’t mean girls but looking this good, they could be. Joan C., 1st year Tech student studying Biology from Atlanta, & Christine B., 1st year English major at GaState, are taking advantage of the sunny day with a meet & greet at Tech to catch up on all the craziest of freshman year.  Or maybe they are schooling each other on how to look great.  Either way, Joan displays how to wear the floral print while Christine the example of a hat, jacket, & boots.
