I had a fabulous night at the symphony…right on campus! The Georgia Tech Symphony Orchestra (GTSO) serenaded (captivated) its audience last Sunday evening, in one of their highly anticipated semi-annual performances. My favorite pieces of the night included “Egmont Overture” by Beethoven and the “Piano Concerto # 1”, composed by Chopin.
Last Wednesday night Mr. Jonah Hill made an appearance at Georgia Tech to premiere his latest project, a cartoon series called Allen Gregory. The premiere was pretty exciting, seeing as this was very first time anyone, outside of the production team, had seen the final product of the cartoon. The event was packed with students and media teams, like CNN and local radio celebrities.

Meet Wes B., (SCAD ATL), and Eric C., (Morehouse) who we caught front and center with head to toe energy. Note that us lesser than Gaga mortals can’t cough up the dough McQueen Armadillo shoes (nor are they even available?) . So what do talented stiletto hungry dudes to do? Make their own. Freaking geniuses, if you ask moi. We had to give them props at A.Lake’s Saturday night fashion show in Atlantic Station. The future of fashion is looking bright, boys.
